Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dimenxion handles information when a business uses our AI Employees to receive, qualify, and respond to customer conversations across connected channels, including WhatsApp Business. It is written to be read alongside our Terms of Service and Data Deletion instructions.

1. Who we are

Dimenxion is operated by Invent Aura, a brand of Nextrillion Retail Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). We provide the Dimenxion AI Employees service to business customers. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at support@dimenxion.xyz.

2. Information a customer provides

When a business signs up for and configures the service, we process the information it gives us, such as:

3. Customer-authorized Meta and WhatsApp data

A customer may connect its own WhatsApp Business Account to the service using Meta's official Embedded Signup flow. The customer remains the owner and controller of its Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, and phone number. Through that authorization we access only the information required to provide the messaging service on the customer's behalf, for example the identifiers of the connected WhatsApp Business Account and the credentials Meta issues for sending and receiving messages. We do not request access beyond what the service needs.

4. WhatsApp messages and conversation data

To operate the service, we process the messages and conversation data that flow through a customer's connected channels — including inbound messages from that customer's end customers and the responses the AI Employee prepares or sends. This content is processed to deliver, display, and improve the customer's own conversations and lead records. It is handled on behalf of the customer and is not used to build advertising profiles.

5. Account and authentication data

We process the data needed to authenticate users and secure accounts, such as login identifiers, hashed credentials, session information, and basic security and audit logs.

6. Why we process this information

7. AI-assisted message generation

The service uses AI models to help understand messages and draft responses using the knowledge a customer has approved. AI-generated responses can be imperfect, so the service supports human review, human takeover, and approval controls. To generate responses, relevant conversation content may be processed by the AI provider that powers this capability, solely to produce the response for the customer.

8. Service delivery and support

We use the information above to deliver the service a customer has requested, to troubleshoot issues, and to respond to support enquiries.

9. Security and encrypted credential storage

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. Customer WhatsApp and channel credentials are stored encrypted on the server and are held server-side only. Those credentials are never displayed to the customer, to other tenants, or to website visitors, and are not embedded in any page. Access to stored data is restricted to what is needed to operate the service.

10. Sharing with service providers

We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the service — for example infrastructure/hosting, and the messaging (Meta/WhatsApp) and AI providers that make the product work — and only as needed to deliver the service to the customer. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable law. We do not otherwise disclose customer data except where required by law.

11. We do not sell customer data

We do not sell customer data, and we do not share customer or conversation data for third-party advertising.

12. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service to the customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, and only as long as necessary to meet legal, security, and billing obligations. When data is no longer required, we take steps to delete or de-identify it. See our Data Deletion instructions.

13. Customer rights

Subject to applicable law, a customer may request access to, correction of, or deletion of its data, and may ask questions about how its data is processed. To exercise these rights, contact support@dimenxion.xyz from the registered business email.

14. Deletion requests

A customer can request deletion of its account and customer-controlled data at any time. The full process, including how we verify a request, is described on our Data Deletion page.

15. International processing

Where applicable, information may be processed in countries other than the customer's own. When it is, we take steps consistent with applicable law to protect it.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
