A Dimenxion business customer can request deletion of its account and the customer-controlled data associated with it. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What you can delete

You can request deletion of your Dimenxion account and the customer-controlled data we hold for it, including your configuration and the conversation records processed on your behalf. Deletion is subject to the retention exceptions described below.

2. How to request deletion

Send a deletion request by email to support@dimenxion.xyz. To protect your account, the request must be sent from the registered business email associated with the account.

3. Identify your account

In your request, please identify the business account to be deleted — for example your business name and the email used to sign in — so we can locate the correct account. Please use the subject line "Data deletion request".

4. Verification before deletion

We verify the requester before deleting any data. We may contact you at the registered business email to confirm the request and confirm the scope of the deletion. This protects you against deletion requested by someone who does not control the account.

5. Data we may retain

After verification, we delete or de-identify the customer-controlled data covered by your request. Some data may be retained only where and for as long as necessary to meet legal, security, or billing obligations. When that need ends, the data is deleted or de-identified.

6. Disconnecting does not delete Meta or WhatsApp data

Deleting your Dimenxion account and disconnecting the service does not delete data that Meta or WhatsApp controls independently under your own Meta Business Portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account. You continue to control that data directly with Meta, and you may manage or delete it through Meta's own tools.
